I don't remember ever seeing this in my time in Cwmorthin - where exactly is it ?? Interesting to see bridge preparations before the floor was removed from below. One of those undocumented details of quarrying operations.

If I remember correctly I think its Floor C 7 east.
I cant remember if it was on that floor or the floor below but there was also a nice wall of stacked deads as well.

I think it's a little further over - Floor C 5 East. That's the slab with the 1939 graffiti. Graham, you probably hadn't visited as it was only accessible by abseiling down chamber 7 or by ladder from Floor E.

Sounds sensible - abseiling etc. never been my cup of tea. :(
