Hi guys

On my way to Ashbourne today I noticed what look very much like an Adit at the top of Cromford hill on the right hand side approaching from the Cromford end any info ? you may PM me if you wish.

I could be wrong but you might be looking at a lime kiln top side of Dene Quarry on the old road.

its about 80 yards from the main road i suppose it could be a limekiln it looked like there was a gate on it though, its just before the right turn up to middleton
