The two photos here are not of Eylesbarrow Mine. In fact they're of Foggintor Quarry. Obviously a genuine mistake has occurred.

Yes you're right Tin Miner I will change that as soon as the name has been changed to Foggin Tor not Foggintor.

I changed Foggin Tor to Foggintor on advise yet now its wrong again... however it seems to be spelled both ways on the net.... I went with the OS description of Foggin Tor :confused:

The correct spelling is "Foggintor" Authors have changed it to suit, as some of Dartmoor's tors are two-worded, whereas some are not. There's no real way of differentiating between the names. First edition maps have got it as "Foggintor" where other maps have it as "Foggin Tor"; but, I can tell you that it's "Foggintor"
