Have you tried looking in the local newspapers. Those for the Heanor or Ilkeston area may well have a photo included with the account of his death.
The Derby Daily Telegraph has the following account of his accident but no photo:

"Wed 3 Months, Killed In Pit JOHN ERNEST YEOMANS, a 20-years-old miner, of 177, Nottingham-road, Belper, was married three months ago. Yesterday he died in an accident while working at working at the coal-face at New Denby Colliery. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Yeomans, live at 11, Hunter-road, Belper."

“Mr. John Ernest Yeomans, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Yeomans, of 11, Hunter-road, were married St. Peter's Church, Belper, on Saturday."
