Now then :)

I've done the calendar template for 2013 and the photos are flooding in  it should be finished in the next 3 weeks or so and off to print nice and early this year.

So I need to decide where the proceeds are going.

By popular demand we'll split it again between one group/body and one CRO.

The group that has received majority support is the newly formed Nenthead Mines Conservation Fund.

However several CROs have been mentioned and I don't want to dictate which we'll donate to - so can I have a show of hands please for:

Midlands CRO
Devon CRO
Cornwall Search and Rescue Team
North Wales CRO (supported in 2009)
Derbyshire CRO (suported in 2012)

I'll leave this run for a 10 days and tally up the votes cast from this point on to arrive at a final decision.

Please :flowers: if you don't vote don't tell me off for supporting the wrong CRO!

As North Wales and Derbyshire CROs have both been supported before I think it should be one of the other three, not fussed which.

Devon Cave Rescue Organisation (which are also known as DCRO - please do not confuse with Derbyshire CRO) would be very appreciative of any donation, certainly as you all know we cover a vast area of mines on Dartmoor and surrounding areas.

WE also have an agreement in place that if anything big (bigger than a jack Russell dog 😉 ) does happen in Cornwall then the team will respond. The Cornwall Search and Rescue team have a small response team, so we would be supporting them. Thanks Guys and Gals. Jon DCRO Team Leader.

My vote would definitely go to Devon Cave Rescue Organisation. We are out on a limb down here. 🙂

North Wales CRO - since that's where the majority of the trips organized on here go to.

In that case, out of the three that have not been supported previously, I would vote for Devon CRO.

NWCRO - Purely because should it all go horribly wrong or I cock up in a very bad way, it's those chaps/chapesses that will probably have to attempt to pull me out.

Yeah, I'm selfish.
