CapLamps stock clearance items for sale!I've got 3 brand new old-stock Mini Halo sets for sale. These are badged 3M Mini Halo but the carry cases are labelled Optimac. Confused? Well Optimac used to manufacture the Halo range, 3M bought it, and then sold to Oldham.. Really confused now...
Anyhow... these are nice little lamps... not bat cookers by any means, they're approx. 100lm, good spot beam (but some spread as well, quite usable), LiFePO4 battery apparently good for 1,000 recharge cycles, 10 hour run time on a full charge, and the whole thing weighs 225g.
These sell very well into industry, but because they've been sat on the shelf for approx. 3 years I don't want to sell them as new at full price.
The shelf time shouldn't really affect battery longevity as they've seen no charge/discharge cycles, and I've only just put them through the initial battery charge to check they work. 3M shipped them with the battery at 50% charge and electrically isolated, the first charge readies them for use.
Included are:- Lamp
- Lanyard
- Bike mount
- Elasticated headstrap
- Carry case
What isn't included is:A charger - the old 3M chargers aren't CE certified so I can't sell in the EU. These lamps will charge from 4.2 to 5.8V constant. So they'll charge fine on old-style Oldham lead-acid chargers (but not the modern yellow brick lead-acid charger) and they'll charge on any eBay special Chinese miners lamp chargers in that voltage range (use at your peril!)
MSRP on the kit (with a charger) is £123.18
Yours for
£35 plus £5 carriage.
