I have a 50M rope for the Masson trip and a short one just in case but i dont know about the Sunday trip

I understand most of the rope will be taken care of, but won't harm to throw a few extras in I guess.

There's apparently a 20m free climb on the Massons trip. Might be worth carrying a bit for a handline?

And if we survive that we've got the squeezes. And if we survive those the rats'll get us...

AND If your'e as unlucky as Ed, last time we came out of Youd's all his dry clothing got nicked from my Jeep parked in the Artists corner carpark!!! :lol: :curse:

In my case, something SWMBO had booked for Sunday got moved to Saturday, though that should now leave me free to come out and play on Sunday.....

Sadly in my case that is not the case and I can take the ribbing 😉 No what really gets my goat is that my work life is dictated to by a certain football club once again. The fact that I hate the bloody game with vengeance makes it even worse.

What's the meet up location / time for people driving up Saturday morning? Usual 10am start? Any chance of a Flash Earth or Google Maps link for where to meet for the Masson / Youds trip?

I would humbly suggest all meet at artists corner, then decide which cars are going up Masson (being a through trip!) with enough transport to ferry drivers to their cars being parked at artists .Simon has my Mob No. will happily provide rope, and a digging tool!! I shall be 'Doing the 'through' later in the day with others, but will happily rig and later in the day push any stuck folk through :lol: :lol:

Notwithstanding cave rescue callouts I think Saturdays trip has the potential to be a relatively short day.

The PDHMS museum is well worth a visit and is about 5 mins from Artists corner car park :)
