Yes, that would be a good idea!

I get them occasionally.

Added to the list Mr Clunk :)

Probably next week... need to get my head around how to handle non logged in users / guests where a user_id isn't stored against the vote.

I might also not retrospectively apply it to past votes, which were all cast on the basis that it wasn't disclosed. Just in case adding the usernames causes any argument/fall out  And give the option of doing it anonymously.

Got another job to do tomorrow night anyhow.

Will look at the CSS glitches next week as well.

I've moved this from the Gold Price thread.

Could somebody post a screen grab (perhaps to their personal album) of the offending small text in the forum post/edit box please?

Thanks Clunk. Is it just the main message body text people think is too small or the subject text as well?

What about on all the admin pages? Mine names, descriptions, photo names, descriptions etc?

Dont forget, that different sizes of screen will effect it as well. My screen is running 1240X1080. Someone with a higher resolution will find it harder to read at the same screen size.

Most of the rest of the text is fine. The subject text is fine. It is just the input text. I.E. what you write to appear in the post.
Also the edit mine page is a bit small on the text size and the stickies description.
On a personal note, sometimes I find the contrast of red writing on a white background difficult. But this could be down to personal preference.

All input text made bigger. What do you think? Also made the forum input box bigger.

I also tried making the site text bigger globally, but it made things that just fit on one line (e.g. left hand main menu) wrap onto two lines.

The has no fixed fonts sizes anywhere, all defined as em throughout. So you can always do View > Text Size in IE, or the equivalent or zoom in other browsers.

ah let me see now. The quick brown fox jump over the lazy bitch next door.

Hmmmm. Which bit did you make bigger? cause the text in this box as you type the post's is no bigger.
Edit: The 'T' in the top row is 1.5mm high

Try clearing your cache or reloading the page a few times. CSS files get cached. I'm tying into the posting box now and it's much bigger...

1.5mm, that can't be right, you wouldn't be able to tell a T from a . at 1.5mm high!

Depending on what browser you are using, will altering the page text size help?
