Trip was largely a success but it was a bit wet down main shaft so I Daved out... :thumbdown:

So have I got it mixed up - you can slip through to the neighbouring workings from floor 25 rather than 50? Seeing all of that water makes me doubt the lower level could be accessible at all!?

Someone will correct me if I am wrong, but from the bottom of the shaft, you can just walk outbye and come out by the river. So Floor 50 is accessible without any equipment if you walk in, past the bottom of the shaft (which I think has a fair bit of detritus there), and into deeper water, and then along the strike.
