I walk past this building every day on my way to work,amazed to see it on my screen this morning.any info please, does it work ,has it worked, what workings does it connect to?

I believe its out of action now but that the borehole is probably still there. Its about a 2ft + diameter a local reckoned. The stone building seems to have contained the substation and pump, when I went there were lots of lengths of rising main and little sign of use.
