Hi, Im also in the same position. Just in the process of buying in St Day (Vicarage Hill) The mining search have recommended drilling. Cost is 3.5k . The house has been built on a raft, so thinking that the builder has already taken into account any mining issues?

I'm afraid its unlikely they will have as the mining search should have picked this up, I do this type of work though and we wont be that expensive, likely <£3k. Send me me a message and i can talk you through the process without you any commitment :thumbup:
