Another emailed enquiry. Snipped slightly to remove questions already answered.

Can anybody provide any pointers please?

I stumbled across your website when trying to research my Great Grandfather, who was, apparently, a Mine Captain at an unknown mine in Cornwall, about 150 to 200 years ago. Is there any historical record that I might identify the mine that he worked at? Other than the surname, Dennis, I dont have anything to go on. His son, my Grandfather, Henry Dennis, lived in Redruth where he taught music, played the organ in the Methodist chapel and was heavily involved in the local amateur operatic society. Not that I think this will probably help my search. I would be grateful for ant information or leads that you can provide.

my orders are to sit here and watch the world go by

Disclaimer: Mine exploring can be quite dangerous, but then again it can be alright, it all depends on the weather. Please read the proper disclaimer.
