Just trying to find out who actually controls access to Wrysgan. I understand there appears to be no problem with access but it would be good to know.

The answer is "no one".
Or is open access a form of control?
So you can just walk in.
No access control.
Yet.

Yes it's under lease long-term to Go Below.

No access restrictions until such time as hand forced otherwise. Hopefully never.

Only "rule" is that commercial use requires consent.
