Being a bit slow I'd only got as far as Tynebottom. I have a valid excuse though the flue cowl had become chocked and I spent yesterday afternoon with an abortive attempt to shift the muck. So I spent a cheery morning clambering up and down a ladder to swap things over and put in, a somewhat Heath-Robinson, anti-downdraught device, but at least the stove now seems quite content :guns:
