Obviously one in a very good condition, the tunnels were arched with metal in a modern way - similar to those at Clogau and Groverake.

their was also larger tunnels but they have not said where yet on the behind the secines programe yet.

Sorry I'm late ! I missed it this week and watched it last night on iplayer. Bearing in mind that they don't usually travel far from Cardiff ( the odd trip to Rome notwithstanding). Could it be part of Big Pit ? Or are parts of Tower still in usable condition? It certainly looked like a coal mine.
