Difficulty downloading PDF files

I am having problems, cannot seem to download the PDF maps etc. This seems to be a MS DRM problem? I cannot seem to contact the e-mail address for aditnow.co.uk either. Does anyone know what is going on? HELP!! A stressed Harriet.x

Any specific PDF document? Or all of them? If a specific one which one please? If all of them what error message are you getting?

Regarding the email address, what is the problem there? The main address is [email protected]

Just a thought. Would these problems have occured yesterday? If so it was due to a 'dicky server' (very nasty but not fatal. :oops: ). Now fixed :thumbsup:

Hi there. Thank u for your reply. I am unable to download any documents from the Mining Document Library. It is saying that i do not have permision to download the files. Was under the assumption that the Aditnow document library was available for all to see and download. I can download other PDF files from other sites as normal, but this site just won't let me. DOH! Any idea why i can't? Harry.x :oops:

Hi Harriet

I've tested a range of the PDF files whilst being both logged in to the site and logged out and had no problems.

I think the issue might be at your end (unless you can give me a specific PDF and I can replcate the problem) such as a setting on your computer that is not allowing PDF files to be downloaded specifically from this site. If you're using Internet Explorer does adding the site to your 'trusted sites' make any difference?

Everything is fine at my end. :thumbsup: The only problem I encountered today was how to link to an external PDF doc.

The past is a foreign country: they do things differently there.
