I have spoken to the owner and this is now firmed up . As we have 80+ The list is now closed - we should create a reserve list now

I will be looking for advance payment nearer the date to ensure we can gaurantee the minimum payment of £500 for the day.

Insurance wise preference will be given to those with BCA or similar
