I have heard from the owners who have advised that its fully booked this side of Christmas -

April worked very well last time Mike - is it worth considering that again? Clocks gone forwards, more daylight, meant you could wander in and out all day and it was pleasant outside for a natter and a peruse of the mobile caving shop!

except we have Easter school Hols and a lot won't be able to make it then I have asked for march 22 in the hope it doesn't clash with various clubs events - to make the numbers I have invited sub brit hence April was out

Relief! A Friday would have been awkward for many I suspect!

The minimum 50 people required

I will add to the events page if people will add their names to that and PM with their proper name other friends and contact details - as the minimum payment is £500 for the day (which I will have to underwrite) by putting your name down you commit to paying £10.00 charge and I will expect refund in full if you fail to appear without 48 hours notice of cancellation

Sorry to be hard on this but as I rely on the small book income and an occupational pension I'm not in a position to gift this
