Now that the numbers have reached the limit we will be asking for real names, email address and at some point approx 1 month prior will be looking for the £10.00 payment I have experience of Adit now trips where large numbers fail to turn up I cannot afford to take that risk as we need to gaurentee the £500 minimum.

Once payments are received you will receive joining instructions and on arrival your name will be ticked off on a list and you will be issued with a number a form of tally system to ensure no one gets locked in

Mike, Vanoord is intending to take care of all this.

Part of the reason he has filed people under different sites is so it is easier him to individually PM everybody on the list, where it's most likely he'll get through to them, and will get:

- Name
- Insurance
- Contact
- Payment

Don't worry about it. It'll happen. Nobody will be left out of pocket. No large numbers of people will fail to turn up.

Vanoord is on holiday for a week, so if you've messaged him and haven't had a response please don't assume he's not going to do what he's said he's going to do!

I have indeed been away and spent an extra day waiting for an aeroplane to be found.

As SimonRL correctly says, I've posted on four forums so I have the ability to PM people on them.

At some point in the next couple of weeks, I'll contact people by PM and ask them to email me their details.

Once we've got that sorted, we'll need to add insurance details (once people have renewed) and then sort out payments.

yes its all in hand - I have agreed the date with the owners . The charge will be £10.50 the additional 50p is pay for the generators to run for 2 hours.

I have managed to get round the insurance but my main concern is no shows I have to gaurantee a minimum £550. It seems a lot of hassle taking money up front but no disrespect to anyone its easy to opt out if we don't
