I'm in the process of organising a trip to Boulby Potash mine; the first dates we've been offered are June this year, it'll be either a Tuesady or Wednesday.
Boulby needs little introduction, and it is an unmatched opportunity to see a working mine and one that extends several mines and 4,000 feet under the north sea. It's a credit to the company operating the mine that these tours are offered and it's a full and fascinating day out.
As spaces are limited, could everybody interested please add their username to this thread, if it's hideously over-subscribed then I'll speak to them about a second visit later in the year.
