I noticed a while back that Google maps don't show the mine location any more.

Gold is where you find it

Hmm, yes, I'd noticed that as well. Will have a look in the next day or so.

I've fixed this now, the location push pin is back, and if you click it you get some information including the grid ref and location upload stats.

Good old Google :)

Might look to use Microsoft maps at some point, or at least give the option.

'Local live' aerial photo's have added a birds eye feature, which judging by the fast changing face of Coventry, the photo's have been taken in the last 6 months. Unfortunately,not much of the rural stuff has been done.

I hope that doesn't mean you are going to get rid of the Streetmaps link on each mine page. Personally I normally use that as it brings up the local OS map.

Oh no, the Streetmap link will stay. I'm just wondering if it's worth tying the MS Live maps in place of (or as well as, or the option) the Google map. Or I could just stop inventing work :lol:
