At long last the Gear Reviews page is now completed.

This allows specified members to create gear reviews, assigned to a range of pre-defined categories (SRT/Lamps/etc).

The facility to add gear reviews is assigned like Regional Editor status to specified members. If anybody would be interested in becoming a reviewer then please drop me a PM or say so on the forum. All reviews will be (as with every other area of the site) credit to the contributor; and Gear Reviewers get a separate mention on the Contributors page http://www.aditnow.co.uk/contributors/

There are no reviews present, but hopefully they will build up over the coming months.

For each gear review added a new topic will be posted in the relevant forum, allowing discussion, with all messages displayed on the right hand side of the review page as well.

Another call for Gear Reviewers :)

If there's anybody out there interested or willing to become a gear reviewer then please do get in touch. It's potentially a great way of sharing what's great and what's not so great in underground kit with your fellow explorers.

The site is getting a consistently high level of traffic now, so if you want to use statistics to approach manufacturers for review samples please drop me a line.

Just joined,dont mind reviewing gear,I could let you know how some pull tests I am doing this weekend come out.
We will be pull testing Hilti HSA through bolts with Petzl SS twist hangers.
let me know if you want the results

Yes, that would be very interesting. Will you be testing the stainless steel version ? And it would be interesting to see if there is any performance variation between different rock types.

We are going to test the 12MM x100MM HSA ZINC plated type,its to find out what we can get away with for rescue loads.
We did find that m10 ss rod glued with hilti hit150 could take 24kn straight pull,but its all down to the rock in the end.
