Dear All

I'm looking for book reviews (for publication in the Welsh Mines Society Newsletter) for Dylife (the new edition just published) by Michael Brown and Ratgoed - A Study in Slate, The Quarries, the Tramway and the Social Life of a Merionethshire Valley by Sara Eade.

I'm aware that the latter title has already attracted favourable comments in this forum (and I suspect the former will as well). However, I'm looking for longer (say 250-450 words) analytical critiques of the books that mention their weaknesses (if any) as well as their strengths.

Please email the reviews directly to me (rather than posting them here).

Thanks

Dave

We do also have a book review section here: http://www.aditnow.co.uk/book-reviews/ , so if anyone does happen to be writing a review, it could also be appreciated by those who use this site ;)

That reminds me, I must get my paws on the Ratgoed book...

Dave

Have ordered both books from Mike Moore today and will be happy to write a review (for one or both) however it may be a couple of weeks before I can get them done.
