This is to demonstrate my solo photography technique which works for me.

Go fullscreen on it and you will see the sharpness and solidarity of it. Its a Sony DSC H400 bridge camera, read crypto DSLR. Manual settings, ISO 100, F6.4 for 5 seconds. Slate, especially Cambrian, seriously soaks up the light. Hence the black cats in dark cellars we often see.
It was set on a tripod and on self timer. Caplamp is Scorpion X16, note the blue power light, can be covered with tape for photos. The backlighting is the DX 80 set on about 14K, the fill in light behind me is the daylight coming in. I normally take the DX80 plus the X16 hand torch with a diffuser, this does about 9K, but not needed here.
