Bit of an advert really....
I have been to Clearwell caves twice now and recommend a morning/afternoon there.
I shant waffle on, but they will supply a guide and a route to suit your needs- simple wandering through to some proper climbing/crawling/squeezing.

I don't know which crawl we did - only the one and I hated it. I get quite claustrophobic!

The wormhole is a classic, not just flat out wriggling fingers and toes for traction, but you need to twist onto your side, turn 90 degrees up and bend your knees the wrong way, pulling on fresh air with your hands!
Bloody brilliant!

Did you see the "Sword of Damocles", did the through trip about 15 years ago, in the hole in the ground by the tree in the field and out the main entrance 'twas brill though swimbo didn't and has not been U/G again (well apart from show caves in the Ardeche)

An optical illusion really, a triangular lump of rock that when you round a corner looks like its held up by a match.
