As I said
"Paint" has a rotate feature.
Then "Save as"
I don't have a suitable pic to experiment with but in Paint you can save as JPEG or BMP

Can someone try this?

LOL I am with you in windows 10 Roy, my photoshop version because it is a old version Roy is very small and is only about 82mb which in todays world is tiny, but there is more than enough on there for anybody I have used the same version on windows 3/3.1 /98/ xp/ and now 7 and a friend of mine has used it on the crap vista and also 8 . what comes on window packages is generally crap and is impossible to steer

Off topic, well a bit, but the only installed programs I have downloaded are Chrome, Adobe Reader, and a Microsoft Word pdf converter addin, and all off the official sites.

People ask me how I run computers for years without any problem.

I'm running Linux Mint 17.3 on my laptop. Very smooth and fast, no background Sh*te to slow it down........apart from my old Mech HDD which will be binned for an SSD later.
Still using Win 7 on the desktop.
