This photo is what some might call artistic, but it's off an artifact. So what does this come under?
This isn't an arty photo, there is a backlight of a different colour that offers depth of field and highlights the textures/contours.

Are, but isn't a that bit bit like a budding artist. Some have it but some don't? Not that I'm denigrating Vanoords photos by the way.
"Vision" funny word but true. Some have it, some don't.
