LAP I take it you have been to the salt mine, a great place, when did you go? - I went about 14 years ago, got a lot of pics, but it was with a 35mm camera, as you can imagine the quality was very poor.

I have always wondered about getting a trip organised to there, flights to Poland are cheap now, and I can speak the lingo.

No haven't been there myself unfortunatly, the pics are borrowed 'if allowed' maily of Flickr as I thought people would like to see some of the workings. I wouldn't mind taking a trip there though (not really sure about access to non-public areas) but it does look a facinating place, especially becasue of all the old leats and timberwork carrying "hypersaline" (?) water.
