Sorry, it was my week for helpful comments. :-[
If you have a look at Slate Mountain's Facebook page, they have quite a few posts and photographs from people who have done the trip. Enough to get an idea where they go, and it does look pretty good.

Meant to ask before. Saw what looked like new lighting rigged up in one of the large chambers, directly above an old machine. I've not seen a map so unable to describe where, other than on the level going towards the garden shed? Is the light to do with the new tours or something else?
