Beware of bad posture through continued stooping.
Its very important to maintain a good posture in daily life, ones centre of gravity should be in the hara which is about where your belly button is. As daft as it sounds I believe that daily press ups are not only a good exercise but also a good posture correction routine.
A lot of issues in later life are caused by bad posture.
Consider the rather daft boy racer fashion of the sixties of fitting Minis with wheel spacers. This caused the weight of the vehicle to be outside of the plane of the bearing, the result was wheels coming off, eventually spacers were banned.
So imagine what bad posture does to your body. You get away with anything for so long, like smoking.
