This picture came from my wifes website on AOL which she put together following a few jaunts in the area early 2000. There are a few pics of hers in the Bowydd collection, possibly more elsewhere. Good to see the website got visited. Came across this pic here by sheer chance (uploaded previously by Grahami - many thanks!!). We have some more pics around. Interested? Simon.

Looks like it is the Robey!

It would be good to see some more photographs - untopping work has obliterated most of the workings there and what is left simply isn't safe to enter, thus there is not much chance of there being much opportunity for new photographs.

Nice to know the original owner! We would be delighted to see the originals - then they can be credited correctly. I only uploaded them originally becase I didn't know whose they were and didn't want them to disappear as the web site appeared to have done.

Please upload them when you can - and I'll remove the ones I uploaded.
