I suppose that concludes the matter. But I have a slight suspicion that there may have been more people involved, perhaps even an employee of one of the electricity companies, otherwise how would they manage to tap an underground cable without killing themselves or tripping breakers, which would be noticed?

Not the same gang as far as the workers on (or rather in) the ground are concerned, but it was the similarity of the two operations that struck me.

Agree, Only difference being that that Chilmark was more secure. The 'Wood Chopping Lesbians', (as the locals called them) were an additional hazard back in the day, LOL.
