Adams daughter Mary born 1755 married Richard Arkwright son of Sir Richard Arkright Adam lived at The Study Manor House Bonsall he Barmaster Soke & Wapentake of Wirksworth who oversaw the inquest of my kinsman Gamaliel Hall when he was killed at Goodluck Mine Via Gellia in 1783..Adam also owned land on Bonsall Moor and at Ashleyhay
