The grid reference for Werrington coal mine should be SJ 941469, can it be changed thanks. :)
I bought a few bags of coal from here during winter 1982/83 to "keep the home fires burning" whilst the NCB sorted out my concessionary coal deliveries. Wasn't the best coal to burn, plus they were suffering with water problems so it wouldn't be long before it closed.
