An earthquake had trapped 7 miners underground.
Apparently they have now rescued 3 of them.
Hopefully the remaining 4 will also be found in good health.

Latest update, mines rescue have recovered 2 bodies, but a third miner had still to be accounted for.

:blink:been thinking lately, what happens when a 3.5 or 5.5 shakes llechwedd ? or cwm. it will happen one day, hope its out of hours.

It happened a few years ago and we were there. Sounded like a long train rattling through a tunnel.
When we got home it was on the news "Earthquake at 11.30pm blah blah etc"
The time, centre, magnitude etc are recorded on the BGS website if anyone is interested.
