picture number one.
the very bottom level of Hendre spar mine srt required with fellow explorers. This level is seldom seen as you have to crawl through a small difficult manway and then abseil to the bottom even though its still a good explore down there lots of artifacts left behind when the adit was filled in.

picture number two.
Crazy John and suboffender at the 300ft level in North Henblas Mine 200ft more to the bottom under the platform to the right takes you to the Milwr Tunnel.

picture number three.
Again in Hendre spar mine this picture is of three sets of ladders left in situe for future explorers the idea behind the picture was to have just light and the ladders speak for themselves usually other explorers use people for scale i think its nice for once not to have anyone on them.

Fixed for ya!

Easiest way is copy and paste the line from underneath the photo in the block 'Add to Favourites / Display in Forum Message', appears underneath every photo.

Hi Marty, basically you can upload at any huge size you like, and the site takes care of downsizing automatically. It takes a bit longer to upload of course. I tend to upload at 2400x1800 or 1600x1200. I checked the holding folder for the originals of those uploads and taking the Milwr pic it was 640x479 so when displayed at the big sizes it's being enlarged, hence the fuzziness.

Hope that helps.

But it lacks scale. Can you get on of your friends to stand in?
