I've just noticed in another thread that many parts of the pre-2000 out-of-print NMRS 'Memoirs' series are now available to downloads from the website :-

They should certainly be congratulated for doing that, I only wish more clubs and societies would do the same rather than having their history only available to those with very deep pockets.

Also note: Alot of the PDMHS stuff can be downloaded for free too
I went in a mine once.... it was dark and scary..... full of weirdos

* Despite it being called a newsletter it does have longer articles in it as well as news about mines in Wales.

Oddly enough I made my own a couple of years back, so it would get hits when I search my hard-drive for references.
