The latest newsletter and British Mining No 89 have just been sent out. Also included is a badge to celebrate the Society’s 50th anniversary. The trouble is, the badge stapled just under the flap of the envelope and can easily be overlooked. I wonder who many members will throw the badge away with the envelope. I nearly did.
