The centre one looks similar to some Belgian headframes (?)

To me they look like the same headgear under renovation. If you look at the arched base they are the same. It looks to me like the headgear is in the process of being sheathed in concrete and the 'roof' is being rebuilt. Possible the headgear is being altered from a traditional winder to a floor mounted Keope winder and in the process the headgear is being strengthened.

Just an observation!!

The concrete headgear looks very much like Siege Colard near Liege, Belgium.

Please compare with page 99 in Fördertürme, Chevalements, Mineheads by Bernd & Hilla Becher.

I've seen one, possibly two whilst researching the last headframe question.
Probably Google image search but cannot remember the seach string as tried dozens.

That's 15 m/s which would have been possible at the time. Usual speeds were up to 10 m/s for manriding and 15 m/s for winding, but there were some faster winders around as well with up to 20 m/s for winding.
