i know these are quite rare , so if anyone wants to bid on a fine example , there is one on Ebay now
i myself only collect Protector lamps , but this looks like it will bring big money due to its condition

Looking at the current price, there are several people who really, really want that lamp..... 😮

The last one i saw wasn't in as good nick as this one
That went for £1342 recon this will top £1500

Yes, nice lamp. Something odd about the wick tube, looks like someone has modified it.
Prices for good lamps are crazy these days. I got an early Davy back around 1970 for £1, at auction. I walked away from a nice Newcastle Davy, at Bolton fleamarket in 1975, because it was £14 :lol: This was about 3.30pm & I saw the stallholder wrap it up to take back home...different world today.
