Superb Engine house and an early one to boot... was looking at a plan of the engine and it was a Boulton and Watt with a Timber Beam in the drawings.... Luvly :thumbsup:

Looks lovely, though I notice the estate agents make no mention of the fact that there'll be a shaft lurking somewhere close by.... :devil:

Very Close by in fact right in front according to the drawings as these engines were not rotaries it transpires! 😮
