A new event has been added to the Events page.

Event name: Brownley Hill

Date and time: 22/04/2017 / 11:00

Details: Smaller event to replace the cancelled Nenthead Weekend.

Meet on track to Brownley Hill (top left) rather than usual mines car park.

Have you been up to the compressor room just trying to find out of Mike Hybrik where the connection is as it's very close to the ladders down to Haggs.

If your doing Haggs it's a wet trip up to my nipples last weekend.

Yes, if you came up the ladders from Haggs to Brownley you walked under it.

Usually has an old rail, broken ladder, or some random tat hanging out of it to 'help' you up.

I will be coming. I finish work at 6am Saturday morning and will drive straight up to Nenthead then have a couple hour's sleep before going down the mine. Looking forward to the trip followed by some cider in the Miners Arms afterwards.

I was last in Brownley Hill sometime in the last century with NMRS so it was great to re-visit.

Very enjoyable trip and thanks to all who organised it.
