A new event has been added to the Events page.

Event name: Wood Mine - Engine Vein Through Trip

Date & time: 02/04/2011 at 10:00

Details: The through trip will involve a few hours of exploration in Wood mine. We will then through to Brynlowe mine and then on into the boats and finally out through Engine Vein.

The trip involves a fair bit of over welly depth water and a few crawls / climbs but is mainly nice walking with plenty to see.

The mines are access controlled by the Derbyshire Caving club and as such public liability is held so no BCRA insurance is required.

A donation of £5 is suggested towards the insurance and up keep of the mines.

got up this morning at 06:30 put the last of my kit in my freelander, only to find it is dead :curse:
really gutted to miss this 😠
