Depending on your point of view... 😉 a new feature... or a bug fix!

Probably the latter...

When viewing a photo it was a perennial irriation to some that the navigation bread crumb trail went:

Home > Album > Photo

Well now - finally - it goes:

Home > Mine > Album > Photo

Meaning if you've navigation to a photo via mine then album, or found a photo using a search or clicking on the home page random photo or any other way you can get back to the mine in one click.

I'm tackling a few long-standing missing features (like the recently launched map search) and issues (like this) before embarking on a complete rebuild of the site...

Can a function be added to prevent thread notifications if wanted?

Certainly....

When you post a message remove the tick from the box:

'Notify me when a reply is posted'

:angel:

The AN forum will only send 1 thread track / update email following a post. In other words post a message and 10 people might reply but you'll only get one message. This gets reset next time you visit the thread.

There's no global "don't ever send me any updates" setting. I built this feature into a forum I managed for a client once and it had the following effects:

1, It killed the forum!
2, People switched it on and then complained they didn't get thread track / update emails 😉

Would love to find one of them while looking for holes in the grounds in woods. I usually have to settle for Barbed wire, which doesn't look that tasty to be honest...
