Just noticed that it seems to have moved! 🙂 When I was young it was at NS793902, which is now Ogilvie's yard. The east bank of the Bannock Burn at that point is colliery waste, with lots of fossils.

I put most of the Scottish NCB pits on the DB (apart from the more major ones which were already on thanks to others) as I had time...... anything you can add will be appreciated by all..... Scottish mines history lot have given me permission to borrow some of their archive pics so I will add those when I can.
