.these had been ripped from a wagon near the path and had clean metal on the break where the had been ripped off the under frame

Hm, would it be at all realistic to re-attach them? (I'm not very knowledgeable about these wagons)

So seems to be a concerted effort by someone to take stuff from Wrysgan.

What the hell do they want with old rusty wheels for god sake,bloody vandals lock them up give them bread and water,
can you get land rovers up to it, its not them clowns knocking walls down and driving all over the bloody place .good luck lads. :curse:

It'll probably be some numpty who wants to sell it for scrap. Though cash payments are supposed to be outlawed now I expect it still goes on. Here in Hereford we had someone nick all the drain covers over a three mile stretch of road. Grrrr :curse:
