A formal planning application (ref. C12/1166/03/LL) has been made to Gwynedd Council for a series of four zip wires at Llechwedd Quarry.

Between quarry tours, the bike tracks, velorail and the zip wire; plus all the walking, climbing, paddling, fishing etc. Blaenau will certainly have an awful lot going for it. And good for them for pushing it all :thumbsup:

Air ambulance was there last week (Tuesday I think). A girl came off one of the new cycle tracks. All four are now open, the last one opened a couple of weeks ago.
