Can someone explain to me why some of uploaded pictures refer to this mine as a "Slate" mine?

Whoever originally added it added it as a slate mine, which has been corrected, but uncaptioned photos take the original refkey value of the mine which includes the mineral type.

The main culprit here is me - I've not captioned my photos. Will do ASAP.

Longer term this is an area I need to fix, changes to mines need to cascade down through albums and photos.

Don't worry though, it's not an indicator of a bug or issue, just something I didn't anticipate when I originally wrote the site.

Ah right.
It just seemed wierd.

We dont want everything to cascade through though, its nice to see old postings of mine which still have my signature that was current at that time.

It is a bit anomolous yes.

I'll get it sorted at some point. Probably by using a different method of referencing photos. It'll be a background fix though, won't change anything.

Disclaimer: Mine exploring can be quite dangerous, but then again it can be alright, it all depends on the weather. Please read the proper disclaimer.
