Anybody know what these are?

They've just appeared (if not just then I've never noticed them before) in Croesor, on the Rhosydd side of the collapsed metal ladder bridge just after the first zip wire.

The look like components for a home made ladder or bridge - are they ally or stainless?

Ally I would say. I thought similar, and that they might have been spares from the old bridge, but they're completely different. Maybe Paul Fessi is up to making a new crossing.

Either ally or more possibly galvanised.

They don't appear to be similar to the components of the ladder bridge.

If I were guessing, I'd opt for some sort of stays for the building of a bridge-like structure on the side of the wall?

Notice the ends have been cut and welded at about 45deg, if these were put in a corner and bolted to the walls they could make a ladder.
The management thanks you for your co operation.

Looking at the nice square edge on the web and the welding I'd go for Alloy.

Looks like one bolt hole is in a square face with the other bolting face at about 20 degrees?

What's the strata angle in the area?

Good thinking, but from memory both bolt faces are about 40 degrees.

Also... The wall near where these metal objects have been stored is in a bit too much of a dubious condition to be attatching big bits of metal too. The mystery thickens... ๐Ÿ™‚

I wonder if they are in transit to somewhere else?
