Hylo!
I just noticed something about this on the Llechwedd website, though it didn't say what it was about... apart from that it started near the end of this year.
Anyone any ideas?

Linden

Indeed, it says "Hydro Tour" coming soon.

Anyone who might, possibly have some connection to Greaves want to cast some light on this?

Yes.. where the underground lake currently is. Perhaps they mean a tour of a watery section... maybe the bottom level that isn't flooded.. and will take people on wild boat tours across a chamber??? Unlikely though there's not a lot else watery at Llechwedd.

I assume it must refer to the power station. This has recently been overhauled and a new large diameter pipe installed down to it. However, if that is the case I would think access would be a problem at the moment with all the roadworks going on on both sides of the building!

I suppose so.. but why would it be operated by LLechwedd in that case?
Anyhow.. if one of us pops in or phones up we'll know for sure tommorow.

a) Because it is owned by them.
b) It generates power for them.
c) They have just refurbished it and it's water supply.
